In the clip, Scarborough can be seen defending Biden’s cognitive abilities, stating that he had “never seen him sharper” and that he was “completely on his game.” But when confronted with his own words, Scarborough seemed to struggle to find a response, eventually falling back on the old standby: “But Trump.”
It was a moment that not only left Scarborough flustered, but also highlighted the hypocrisy and bias within the media. While many in the media were quick to criticize Trump’s every move and question his mental fitness, they were all too eager to defend Biden’s capabilities, even in the face of clear evidence to the contrary.
